Overall, I had a great experience. Anytime I had a question or a worry, I was able to talk to someone on my loan team quickly and get the issue resolved. I felt like they kept me in the loop about everything and reassured me throughout the process. I have one bit of advice from my experience. Be sure to check your To-do list everyday because they won't tell you stuff has been added and when you get close to closing, it could cause a hassle.
Both Taylor Fruits and Jeremy Carver did an excellent job helping with the entire VA loan process and closingon time... thanks again..
RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!! DON'T DO IT!!! I bought a home through Veterans United because I have terrible credit. FIND ANOTHER WAY!!!! I'd rather hire Joe Blow off the streets than ever choose Veterans United again. I went through 2 loan officers/teams. Both sucked terrible. I don't know how they have such good reviews. RUN!!!

Very professional staff. I really appreciate Mrs. Kelly Foote she made my experience of being a first time home owner the greatest and it was perfect. The great thing about this company is they have a team that works like a well oiled machine, when someone is working your case and have to be out of the office they pass it to a team member without missing a beat. That way you are not waiting on that person to return to the office, your home purchase is still on track. Thank you so much I am very happy.
This survey could have gone drastically different. The main reason this is a 10 is only due to Laura. This survey would have been a 0 or 1 with a strong emphasis on never recommending to friends if we only dealt with Laura's team member Kelly. Communication was poor, phone calls were rarely returned, emails asking for specific responses confirming receipt of items were never responded too. Issues that came up with VA COE's were not notified to us until 2 weeks after the VA responded Veterans United with the additional items request. This was our second time using Veterans United and we went with you guys again because our first experience with Laura and her prior team was phenomenal. Again, I want to stress that because of Laura stepping in, we highly rate you guys once more, but only because of her efforts.
They went over everything that we needed to know when entering the contract. Easy to get in touch with and answered all questions no matter how trivial.
Travis Ward and his team were remarkable, I didn't have any worries or concerns as this was my first home purchase. Travis and Austin are very knowledgeable and will take the time to explain every line item if you need them to. They are a great team and I don't think anyone could have been any greater.
