My late husband passed with a service connected disease 8 yrs ago. I didn't know that I, as a surviving spouse, could qualify to refinance using his VA Benefit. Family members directed me to Veterans United Home Loans. Veterans United was very informative and patient with me as we sought for all the required documents. Lesson is: You won't know until you ask. Do call Veterans United.

We are very greatfull for the outstanding help that we received from the whole team.:THANKS:
When my family and I needed help, they were there for us. They went above and beyond what was expected.

I would not recommend Veterans United to friends and family. While they were great to work with during the first part of the process, they were not great during the closing portion. They delayed our closing through the weekend causing us to be homeless all weekend with all of our belongings in uhaul trucks. They also DID NOT make it right by helping us with the extra cost incurred.

Hi Bradley, thanks for keeping us in the loop and for sharing your experience. We understand the stress involved when an unexpected complication delays a home closing. While there are aspects of the loan process that can only take place once all conditions have been satisfied; it is important that we take all feedback into account and look for ways to promote an excellent customer experience. One of our Client Advocates is reaching out for more information and to discuss ways we can best serve you and others in the future.
Going through this process can be pretty daunting - so many things to do and it can easily overwhelm you. From the beginning, Bill and Allie took control and carefully explained every detail of the homebuying experience. No question was too dumb, no concern of mine was too small, they were extremely knowledgabe, professional, and friendly. In all honesty, I didnt really have to think about anything, just had to follow the list on my page. I have already recommended them to my sister and parents, and have no doubt that this group will take great care of them, as they have done for me. Thanks so much for everything!

The entire team was very helpful and patient with me. Answered all my questions and made this experience very exciting and easy to accomplish. Very happy I went with VU.

Not saying this is a bad company, but the loan officer I received was not my favorite, my processor Dena was great to me and that is the only positive thing I have to honestly say! I signed my final disclosure 3 hours before closing, I was sick over the whole process! They over document everything, I submitted the same tradlines 3x, Shannon who was Denas boss in the same office never had a clue what Dena was doing! I'm thankful I got the home but would maybe try another lender if I had to do again!

Jeremy, we thank you for sharing this feedback with us, and for allowing us a chance to learn more from you. A member of our Client Advocate team is available to gather more detailed information so that we may look to use this opportunity to prevent a similar experience down the road. Please reach out to us so that we can work to improve for you and our future clients.

Some of the questions the final review team ask were crazy, i.e. "did we know the new house is bigger than the present house?; Why do we want to move away from our jobs??

We highly recommend Veterans United Home Loans to anyone looking to finance or refinance a home loan. Everyone involved is very professional, very thorough in explanations of what is involved from start to closing. George Eastergard was superior in every way in advising which type of loan would benefit us most, what kind of paperwork we would need to provide, and what to expect in any given circumstance. George earned my trust the first time we talked. We were very comfortable with him through the entire process. We now have a new home that might not have been possible without his and Veterans United's team. If there is a next time to buy a home, they will be the only call we will make.

If you are in the market and in the mood to purchase your new home then I highly recommend Vetetan’s United whether you are a veteran or not. One reason I recommend VU is they caused me to feel safe and that my information is safeguarded. From the onset they ensured I know how the process went and what is expected.I was a first-time home buyer and they made me feel respected even when I asked a “dumb” question. Give VU your business, you won’t be disappointed!

I highly recommend all veterans serious about buying a home contact Veterans United, they take good care of our nation's military community and make the buying process seamless and easy from start to finish. No regrets at all!

Chris Primmer and his team walked me thru the whole process to make my home loan process very easy. Chris and his team answered any question about the loan process which took a huge burden off me and his team took the extra time to work with me as I have not bought a home in many years. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase their next home. Thank you Chris.

I couldn't have chose a better company to work with. Veterans United Home Loans started me down the right path as to looking for the right home for my family and I. Bill and his team we're with me every step of the way and informing me of any updates or changes that were needed. I would definitely recommend Veterans United Home Loans to everyone that is looking to buy a home.
