A few documents needed revisions, these errors were brought up by me before I signed anything as I read my documents thoroughly. This means the document could have been edited and returned to be signed with accurate information, but not wasn’t. This mean amendments were needed, which in itself is not an issue. But as a buyer who was moving docusign was the best option for us, yet we were asked to print off and initial documents needing revising.I think the documents could have easily been made correct before the first signing. Secondly they could have been drafted as a new docusign with a little extra effort from the team rather than asking us to find a computer and printer that wasn’t readily available to us. Overall it was a great experience.
