I purchased a home several years ago but didn't know about my VA loan benefits. That experience is a blur. This one will be ingrained in my memory for years to come as one of the greatest. Very painless process. Once I was sent to the loan officer, everything ramped up which is great because I'm a pretty impatient person. My team was super and made sure I knew exactly what was going on throughout the entire process. Once I got that "Clear to Close", I literally felt my heart jump because knew it was done. If I could hug my team, I would have, that's how excited and appreciative I am for working with such great individuals.
Tim and the whole team were fantastic and very thorough. They made purchasing our third and hopefully final home a real pleasure. We are very excited about new home.
