Zach and Britney were both great throughout the entire loan process. There were multiple times I had questions which held up the next step in the process, but both of these individuals were patient and answered my inquiries 100 percent to my satisfaction. I had actually attempted to get a mortgage at Navy Federal 6 months earlier, or so, and the only conclusion I could derive from that experience was that Navy Federal isn't interested in helping it's members in the home loan process. I was hesitant to go with another agency affiliated with the military, but Zach and Britney proved not all lenders are equally indifferent to the needs of veterans. I would recommend Veterans United, and more specifically, Zach and Britney to anyone I know of looking to secure a lending institution. Great job, and keep up the great work! -Dennis
Very good information and easily navigable website. My personal loan specialist was always available and answered questions promptly. He was really well-informed and helpful. The loan process is fairly easy with a personal loan specialist. This is an excellent program. They keep you on track and access records to helpclients.

The home buying process was a challenge, I found myself wondering who I could trust. Stephan always made me feel like I had a person I could trust during this exciting time in my life. Thanks for all you done for me. Christie was also awsome, I only dealt with her for a brief time. Great overall experience.

A positive and rewarding experience in comparison to past home loans. Being military, we’ve moved and bought a few homes. Mortgages aren’t always a favorite thing to have in my opinion but VU truly offered an excellent experience. Well done, Jessica and Mitch!
