Veterans United is an excellent organization for veterans to use in obtaining a home loan. My experience, I believe ,was not a normal one due to the sub par and unduly lengthy job performance of an independent appraiser contracted by the VA. His displayed lack of a "sense of urgency" and the need to correct his appraisal caused an unnecessary delay in final underwriters approval. Such sub par performance should have consequences but probably will not.
This has been a wonderful experience. They all really know how to take care of Veterans.
This is our second time using Veterans Home Loans. Fantastic experience both times.
If you are using a VA loan I would definitely work with these people. We have used ours in years past but, this experience was by far the best and smoothest.
