My experience with Veterans United was unique and modern (precisely the way I prefer it). The online portal and mobile app resources made the process seamless and efficient. Being able to sign and review documents through DocuSign was incredibly convenient, allowing me to stay on top of everything without unnecessary delays. Great team and very thoughtful! I was a first time homebuyer, lots of questions every day. Every person I talked to answered my questions directly without beating around the bush. A lot of people say the VA home loan is hard and requires a lot, it’s not if YOU as the buyer or seller do your part of the process.

I disapprove of this whole process. As a disabled veteran I should be able to go to a company like "veterans United" and be a one stop shop for all of my benefits. I never received a discount on my rate for using your agent and when I asked why I was told because if I was given the credit it would push my loan over the limit. How in the hell does a credit push my loan over the limit. When I used freedom mortgage for my last house they actually completely took the taxes off my house giving me more buying power. I had 3% interest compared to the 7.125 today. And that was 5 years ago. You know what I could literally write a dissertation but there's a 99% chance that nobody's even going to read this so don't give a shit won't ever use VU again it's not like you guys are going to call me to square this shit away and make sure that you know I'm taking care of as the veteran as the customer so fuck you and the fucking horse you rode in on you Democrat.
