VU is professionally the best staffed loan company that I have dealt with. They are there for you even after office hours. They are patient and make you feel like you’re there only client. I don’t know how they are trained but my hat is off to whoever does it, or/and the HR that hires qualified people. The way the APP works to keep the to/do list updated makes the process so much easier also. All and all impressive.
Our Loan Officer Jamie was a joy to work with. Between him and Julian we had all of our many questions answered clearly and stayed on top of our paperwork. I look forward to buying our next home with Jamie. Our experience through the whole process was amazing and I will let all of my fellow service members know that Veterans United is a must when using the VA Loan.
