I think God for the team that I have had to help me reach my dreams of owning a home that was brand new in my wildest dreams. I never thought it would happen to the United program and all the workers that they have working to reach out and give vets a hand in achieving a home thank God for this program that reaches out to vets. I love you all and there’s nothing you can do about it because you already did it!

We Had A Few Problems During Closing, Dates Were Shifted Because Of Snow Storm Damage In Florida (It'll Probably Never Happen Ever Again, You Can't Make This Stuff Up) But Our Team Was With Us Every Step Of The Way. We Can't Say Enough Great Things, And Yes, I Offer Myself,To Star In A Commercial If You Ask Me.
I am still disappointed about the mistake made by the underwriting team. I was informed by Ryan and Kelly that my first payment would not be due until May 1. However, at closing, the closing documents reflected an April 1 due date. When I inquired about this discrepancy, Ryan informed me that if I wanted the date corrected, I would have to wait until the next day to close.My wife and I had already adjusted our work schedules to accommodate the planned closing date, and if we had chosen not to sign the documents with the incorrect first payment date, we would have had to wait an additional four days to close.Aside from this issue, my wife and I had a great experience working with the loan team, and we appreciate their efforts throughout the process.
