I can't speak highly enough about Veteran's United and our loan specialist, Aaron Madrid. From the beginning of the process right up until his congratulatory phone call, Aaron was professional, yet personable. He quickly and thoroughly answered any and all of my questions and I completely trusted him throughout this whole process. My husband and I were honestly terrified at this commitment; it began to feel like we were selling our lives away. Yet, Aaron had such a gentle way of talking us off the ledge and explaining the whole process. He asked about our daughters at each phone call and we happily talked about his brand new baby son. Even though we are in different time zones, Aaron learned my general teaching schedule and made sure to call at certain times when he knew my school day was over. I'm tempted to invite his whole family over for Thanksgiving dinner, or at least send an annual Christmas card. Aaron is fantastic and we wouldn't be living in and loving our house without him.

The team is Awesome
It was an awesome experience. I would highly recommend them to any veteran or veteran widow as I am. They made the process very simple to understand answered all my questions and did thier best to ensure I had no money in closing cost. They also made it simple to do with the portal presses, being able to do everything through my phone, made it simple to send documents along with docusign made it very easy to send and receive anything that was required.
