I tried to use the VA for my first home, and got shot down because of the condition of the house. I probably should have taken their advice on that money pit. I'm glad that this time with all the required inspections and certifications the Veterans United Home loan team made the process feel like this home was meant to be our little spot in the Sunshine Free State of Florida.
