Veterans United inspection of the property was top tier and did not allow the sellers to get away with selling me property that could potentially cost me money and my health in the short term. It would be even better for veterans to be able to receive a reasonable interest rate of 2 - 3% on a 30 year fixed loan and not transfer the loan to a commercial bank.
Overall excellent lender services from VU.
There was some divine intervention during the process for sure, but Tyler and his team did an amazing job walking us through the process.

Susan with epic realty in North Carolina needs to be black listed she is the absolute worst person for somebody that says they have been doing this for 26 years really does not know what she was doing and is not for any sellers is just looking for a quick payout.
