We knew what to do and when to do it. They were patient, thoughtful, and honest. Nick was never in a rush to get me off the phone. He answered every question I threw at him. He sent me to read the customer reviews about him, the good and the bad. He was completely transparent and up front. I got pre-approval letters from two other companies. Picking Veterans United was the best decision I could have made.
If you have a chance to take advantage of a VA loan, I'd highly recommend it. If people told me 2 years ago that I would be a homeowner now, I wouldn't have believed them, but Veterans united lets you know right away if you might be pre approved or require additional help to get you into that pre approval bracket. They will even work with you to get you to the pre approval level and beyond.
