I'm not sure what your strategy or formula is for helping veterans find and fund homes, but I suggest you protect it like the formula for Coca-Cola. A top-notch performance by a top-notch organization; you're in a class by yourselves. Thank you for your help and most importantly, your patience with this old, retired first time buyer.And by the way - Joe Peterson and Markita Rosenberg are rock stars. There were times throughout the process where it was difficult to reach anyone by phone or email. Closing was delayed a few days and it was easier getting a hold of the sellers realtor and title lawyer to get any answers regarding closing costs. We received answers hours before we heard anything from Veterans United and had to repurchase plane tickets because the delay of closing. Our power of attorney was excepted by Veterans United but we didn't know that the home we purchased in another state did not. The experience in the beginning was fast and we had no difficulty contacting our loan officer. The forms were easy to fill out but unfortunately a few were repeated with the exact response as the first ones.
Dreams do come ture when it come to home ownership finding the house you want. Veteran United Home loan done it for me
