We would highly recommend Veteran's United! They got approvals in minutes and were with us the whole way. We never felt out of the loop the entire process. It we had questions they were on top of it with answers the same day.

Veterans United was far and away one of the best experiences I've had when it comes to putting a mortgage together. John Parker, Senior Loan Officer and his team were right on every time with the documents they wanted, when they wanted them and the reason a certain document was needed. Kate Buse-Oberto, Transaction Coordinator, kept us informed every step of the way throughout the funding process. I wouldn't be in the house I'm in were it not for the concerted effort of John Parker and Kate Buse-Oberto. On a scale of 1 - 10 they rate some where above 25. I couldn't have a better team if I'd have hand picked each member.
Amelia and Kyle were the best and anything a person could ask for especially being a first time homebuyer. I felt like they really cared and were available and very responsive to my emails, even on their off days and during the holidays. I will never forget my experience and wish all the very same! If and when it comes time to go through this process, I want the very same team. I could not ask for anything else and the gift I received from them just really brought it home. Sometimes we are taken advantage of but this was an experience I will never forget and I honestly felt like family. I am a homeowner as I never ask for much and I served our country for 30 years and I wanted to finally have a home to call my own when I retired and Kyle and Amelia made it possible. Veteran's United was a great choice and I am glad that I made it. Please keep up the great customer homebuying experience. I will never forget!
My entire experience with Veterans United from the beginning, all the way to Clear-to-Close, was as smooth as possible. Garet and Sheila provided me great assistance getting all of my paperwork completed and answered all my questions. They kept in touch with me even if just to say hello, I thought that was very special. They were very patient during the process and went out of their way to see that everything was perfect!
I answered ad on FB. Project took off from there.

Don’t use them. Quicken loans is a better company. Professional and courteous and not looking for your first,born male child as a loan requirement!
