It seemed my loan office may not have ever done a convential loan before, as there seemed to be consent issues that delayed my closing. That delay force me to load and move in one day, should never happen that way.

Veterans United is the only way to go! Every single person I interacted with was truly exceptional; in knowledge, customer service, experience and efficiency. This was an overall good experience. Bumpy start as my original Loan Officer was not familiar with Texas Loans and the Veterans United Loan Board (VLB) and the reduced rate, especially for Disabled Veterans, but once the Loan was reassigned to a Texas Veterans familiar with the VLB, things moved very fast.
Had a fantastic first time home buying experience thanks to Amanda and her team! 10 out of 10 would recommend her and her team to anyone looking to buy a home!
Veterans United helped me to obtain my dream of homeownership. It was a positive experience, and the lighthouse credit program was very informative. The program and the representative helped me to change my perspective on credit and credit bureaus. I highly recommend Veterans United to others because everyone, from the lighthouse representative, loan officer, and concierge, was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional throughout the process.
