Loan process was seamless from.the beginning. Many vets with PTSD don't like to communicate via telephone and VU made.it very easy with electronic communication unless I desired otherwise.

Every step was detailed and explained in ways we could understand. The patience, understanding, and commitment was/is so amazing. Cara kept us on track for the underwriter and Jimmy kept the ball rolling in the same efficient manner when Cara was not available.
