Brian Nelson was awesome throughout the entire process. He was professional and updated me promptly with every step needed to get my home closed. He also sent a care package and a card when my dad got a cancer diagnosis that really meant a lot to me. I would recommend Brain to anyone that want full transparency and great customer service.

The process of refinancing started smoothly however, after weeks and weeks of document requests and going back to the same sources multiple times for different documents I became frustrated. I was told one thing multiple times while another was taking place behind the scenes. I was told things would be done before closing and they were not, when closing time rolled around I messaged and got no response to my questions. I was left to either sign the paperwork and agree to terms I was frustrated with or delay an already frustrating process even longer. Can’t say I would recommend to my fellow service members.
