Casey was absolutely amazing! He walked us through the process and did not rush us to buy anything! For a 2 year process he made it seem like it was just a few months of looking! Then when the time came to sign on our home he helped us find what we needed and was timely in communicating any need! Would buy a house from Casey again in the future!

Why is this document sent some 9 months after close. Also, the potential buyer waited three months after formal approval by VU for loan assumption. The escrow terminated because of the horrific customer service or processing. I would never ever recommend your firm again. R. Hampton, LTC, US Army

I understand how frustrating it would be to receive a document months after closing and to experience significant delays during the loan assumption process, especially after approval had already been provided.
