I think the underwriters need better checklists. Also it seemed like the underwriters would stop reviewing a file once one problem was indentified. I think better use of a checklist and review the file completely to indentfy any / all issues. I felt at times we were constantly chasing for documents, which made it seem Veterans United was a little incompetent. This is why I say utilize better checklists and throughly go they a file, based on the checklist and ask for all additional information all at once. Maybe the checklists being used aren’t very good or need to be updated. Jeffrey Kuhn

Veterans United made this very stressful process smoother than we could imagine. My loan agent ( Paul Perez) did an amazing job throughout this journey. He answered all our questions in a timely manner, was also available any day and time of the week to include his time on vacation with his family for which my wife and I really appreciated the most. He also assure us to call anytime after closing if we had any further questions. Overall, Veterans United and their agents were truly professional, experienced and very helpful.
