Some documents was submitted more than once. Thus, once to the VA and the same document that was requested by the underwriter. Also, had an issue with my former address validation that just because I use to lived there doesn’t automatically makes me the owner of the house. That really needs to be address for all military associates who are going through this process after me.
Veterans United helped me with what is called the "Second Tier Entitlement" for VA loans. I don't believe most VA lenders know about it but Veterans United knew exactly what it was. My loan specialist took care of me from start to finish. He was very courteous, kept in touch even after hours and remained positive when things weren't looking good. I would strongly recommend this lender to everybody needing a VA loan.
