My husband and I evacuated from Tyndall AFB when I was 34wks pregnant due to Hurricane Michael and ended up getting PCS orders to McGuire AFB. This is my second time using Veterans United for my mortgage financing needs. They are a wonderful company with a wonderful staff of employees. My first contact was Greg Moon who answered all my questions and got the processed started. Then Shane Miranda helped me out with the appraisal and various others tasks and questions I had. Finally Julia Ash closed the deal, she was always great with any paperwork that I need to turn in and any problems that arose on my end. Overall an excellent team to work with, I would highly recommend any Veteran looking to purchase or refinance a home in California/Los Angeles area to ask for them.

What a wonderful experience we had with Steve Kincheloe, Codi King, and the rest of the team! We were able to land a home 2.5 weeks earlier than expected! From the first call we made while living in a hotel with no kitchenette, they were able to speed up the process and get us a place we can call "Our First Home" and home cooked meals have never tasted better especially in a new house! Everyone has been kind, understanding, hardworking, and very informative throughout this home buying journey! We cannot have done this without them! I had an amazing experience with my loan team lead by Sam Yoo. There was never a moment they left me uninformed and they always answered the phone no matter what time I called. If it was not for my loan team through Veterans United I would probably still be looking for a house today. Seriously they couldn't have made it any easier.
I would definitely recommend United Home Loan to other Veterans. The agents were great. The review process with the underwriters could have been better, but, as far as the VU staff, those were some really nice people.
