Was verbally told on interest rate and later found that it would be a full point higher.Was told that my previous home had to be sold prior to processing the loan for my new home. Then because of their incompetence my closing date kept being pushed back until my family had only two days to be off the property at my old home before I could close on new home. One more closing push back and my family would have been living in a hotel with all our belongings packed in two u hauls
