This is our third loan with Veteran's United, we obviously love the organization and are especially grateful for the technology you have created to help us work through the loan process. I would rate the experience a 10 overall, however this last loan process felt to have missed some of the quick response and over communication we are so used to with the company in the past. That said, in the end we are happy, but we still have some unanswered questions from a few days ago and the delay in response is what frustrated us this time around.

I was working with Andrew for most of the process and he was the BEST. This was unknown territory for me, but Andrew made the process easy and understandable. I've worked in customer service jobs pretty much all my life and the customer service that Andrew and Zach gave was the best I've ever had.
