We had a great experience with Veterans United! We switched from another lender who did not know much about VA loans and kept making mistakes and dragging out the process. Veterans United was very helpful and efficient from day one. We set a closing date about a month out, and we closed on time with no problems! Dureill was the most outstanding loan officer I could have had the pleasure of having. Answered every stupid little question I had without ever making me feel like I was bugging him. Always had wonderful contact with me throughout the whole process. He made me feel welcome and a cared for customer.

Overall excellent experience considering I am a first time home buyer
The entire process was easy to use, and easy to understand. I received updates, as well as a "to-do list" which made managing my documents simplified.
