I am a veteran 100% disabled. In Texas, I am 100% exempt from property tax. At my closing, this needs to be already a part of the process! You can blame Texas all day long, it doesn't excuse anyone; be advised, I plan to bring this up at my county tax assessor also. I'm screwed, but let's fix this for the next veteran... THIS IS BULLSHIT!

Most definitely would recommend!! Lindsey James was fantastic. I suffer from extreme ptsd and anxiety and was so worried about trying to get through this process. Lindsey and her co-worker Amelia were calm, polite, extremely professional and knowledgeable. They anticipated everything and made it a smooth easy process.
