Since my military career, and exiting and now a 100% disabled veteran, there's a reason I've used these guys 3 times now over the last decade. I was very happy with the loan process, however i had one small bump in the road. in the middle of getting everythign together the loan team found out i had a well and then required a well test on top of the pest inspection. Neither of these would be a problem if they had just let me know up front that this was needed. I would encourage the team to ensure that for future cusotmers, that they make sure these items are addressed in the very beginning of the process.
