Again everyone was patient in explaining the processes. On hand when ever I had a question or concerns. I made an account in August 2024 I believe, and the team had me pre approved some time in February. By May 7, 2025 I officially closed on my first home. I am overjoyed and at deep lost for words, I can't possibly express the amount of gratitude and appreciation for their hard work. THANK YOU!

We are not first time home buyers nor VA Loan buyers, and this experience by far has exceeded our expectations. I was very pleased with such professional service I received during the home purchasing process. This was a much more better experience that I had received from other loan companies. Everyone made sure I was on track and didn't hit a bump and the i's were dotted and the t's were crossed during the entire process. Mark was truly great. He advised me where I stood, what I needed to fix and how to make better decisions on my finances to ensure I could quality for the home I desired; a total true professional.

The sale was delayed by person not being in office the morning it was sent to her start working on it. Which was very frustrating. And emails didn't come across about the wellness check for 3 days. When there are storm in the areas I think a simple phone call would be better because lightning gets between the satellites and delays these things. I could explain all to you but I think to get the idea. It ended up hurting the seller more than it me. But it has hurt me a lot. Now I am in a rush on every thing. I cannot get down there until next week.
My Loan officer Schandler Rogers is without question the best. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care made a significant difference, and I truly appreciate all the effort he and his team put into helping me achieve this milestone.
