Getting started was fine, from selection of house forward limited to no info for me. Being told 3 separate times id get a call back which never happened. Was repeatedly told would come on 29 knowing I hade to have everything out of my old house by 29th. 2pm on the 28th no sorry it will be the 30th, this after asking repeatedly on Thursday and Friday if we were for sure closing 29th. Told yes. Now out 2nd set of movers at 1600$ and 3 days in a hotel for a family all with disabilities which is another 1000$ storage shed for days to store our house in outside shed at 226. So no this was the worst move I've had. Jennifer and her staff were repeatedly helping making calls and trying to get any information from Alex to no avail

YOU ALL MADE IT SO EASY. I was dealing with other issues in my life at same time, but the part with this loan was simple enough to let me keep going. I lost my mother 10 days before closing but this process kept my mind occupied. NOW I am relaxing in a home to totally love.
