I am grateful to VU because without them we would not have our home. No one else was willing to work with us. However, potential buyers need to be aware of paperwork requirements and keep meticulous track of every document VU asks for, because they sometimes ask for them more than once.
They keep you informed all the way till close day. They do not mind explaining your loan and breaking it down for you. Try to get kyle kroll and zach debord as your loan people. They are great!!!

I never imagined the process would be so easy! I just kept waiting for issues and found none! From August through December and I had NONE! We left the country right before closing to relax and let things come up for the realtors to handle but no issues just a wonderful vacation!!! Best team ever ...Thanks James, Luis and Dean!
