Future veterans wanting to use the VA home loan benefit will want to get in contact with Veterans United. The staff made this experience less stressful for me and really made the progress go much quicker because of their knowledge in the VA home buying process.
This was a rather quick and painless home purchase. One thing I would recommend is asking to buy down your interest rate for a fee. Also, even though you think your closing cost will be minimal due to it being a VA loan you can still expect to pay at least 3% of the total cost of the loan. I would definitely use Veterans United again as they made this a great home buying experience.
