Everything fell into place. From initial contact to final closing. The documents needed throughout the process were upload to the “My Veterans United” app. Any questions I had were answered to my satisfaction and there was constant communication whether a phone call, email, or text. All in all it was a very good experience.I’ll also add, this wasn’t my first experience with purchasing a home using the VA loan and by far this was the easiest.
Sarah, Kristine, Andrea, and Kurt made the whole process pretty smooth. With this being my first home purchase, I was pretty nervous since I didn't really know what to expect but they laid everything out for me and helped a lot to set my mind at ease
