I’m a return customer. The reason I came back because of the great customer service and communication. Unfortunately, the communication was lacking this time around. I always had to ask for an update this time. Unlike the previous time I constantly received an update. Anyway, it still worked out and as always Will was great. I filled out a questionaire on line asking for a loan to purchase a home, and within 15 minutes a very nice man called me. It was 5 am in the morning. That started the loan process, all on line. I would get calls every once in a while to see if I was ok with the ongoing process. They even sent me a cup of coffee(coupon) to ease my nerves. The whole process took 18 days from start to finish. Awesome experience!!!
My mother passed 4-22-24, I tried getting loan to repay her reverse mortgage. Everything was Latin to me, from going through probate, not getting house in my name, to getting served (foreclosure) paperwork. The probate process alone is something I wish on no one. Credit score wasn’t good enough, so I couldn’t get a loan and since house wasn’t in my name I couldn’t get a refinance. Purchased a few “tradelines” and reached out to 3 lenders. 2 of your competitors said they couldn’t help me, so my last resort was sending Ryan Sherman a Google search kind of explaining my situation. He immediately responded with a positive response. I still didn’t believe but I found myself going to the library, doing everything he said and with every document back and forth, I began to hope. I have a 15 year old daughter and my mother didn’t want us to lose her house. I feel she probably felt me being an only child, it wouldn’t be a problem. With Ryan Sherman’s steadfast help, I feel it was all miraculous to finally close with a Va loan. To look in my child’s eyes and tell her we have the house is something you can’t put a price tag on. It took probate, two separate attorneys and Ryan and his team. I’ve never prayed so hard. Thank you Veterans United.
