This is the third time that we have used Veteran United for our mortgage needs. One was a refinance and two were new homes. We have never had any issues dealing with this team. The whole experience was delightful, I truly believe it was made that way mainly due to the professionalism of the team that was put together seemingly just for me. All my team had concise, I never needed to ask for clarification on anything they explained from A-Z the total process.

I asked a couple different people when we started looking for a home again if I could use a specific realtor. The question was usually disregarded. So I ended up using who was provided by VU. Tom and Phyllis were exceptional. Showed up rather late to the closing. But none the less showed up.

Great team win for VU family. Ross is normally my #1 call but this time I made the error of going with my mortgage company who ghosted us half way through.
