Honestly, I'm too tired from moving into my new home to describe the awesome experience I had with my team. I felt herd and they showed concern and emotion with any question i asked and they always had the answers. I was blessed with these people and will always recommend in the future. I'm extremely joyful with everything and wouldn't change it for the world.

The team provided to me along with the real estate agent and their knowledge and experience helped make My First Home experience, exceptional. Even when problems came up between the seller, they stuck through and were willing to do whatever it took to help me. There are many people nowadays that just want the money, but this team even put their own necks on the line just to make sure that I got what I needed when I needed it most. Neil Hansen (senior loan officer) is mainly the reason that I give 10 stars! I started with him first and decided to go with another loan company that had made all these promises about offers. It was truly a headache. The denied us with stellar credit' I returned back to Neil and he took off running and got things done asap. He was so accessible and saying that he was patient is an understatement! I was a nervous pain and he never made me feel that way. I often contacted him because my loan processor was not very accessible at all! However Neil always got me answers even when the questions did not pertain to him. He truly put me at ease throughout this whole entire process. Thank you Neil and thank you for tolerating me with a great attitude! You have no idea how comfortable you made me feel! There should be many of you in every company.
