We couldn’t hope for a better team than Veterans United. They were personable, available and professional from initial contact through closing. In short, they were flawless. Their “To-Do List” helped navigate us through the complicated process of securing a home loan. With Veterans United we were able to make our dream come to fruition.
We had some small problems with paperwork coordination. Some of the requirements changed a few times and our closing was delayed. We had to work directly with our loan officer who corrected everything promptly. We are happy with the results.
The loan process was surprisingly smooth and easy, proving that buying a home doesn't have to be stressful. The loan team, concierge, and realtor all worked well together, making everything simple and straightforward. I really appreciated their support throughout the process!
Best home buying experience I ever had
I work in the customer service field. It is refreshing to encounter a group of people that push a great customer experience. There were a few bumps in the road (towards the end of the process) that caused some heartburn, at no fault to our home buying team. If it wasn't for their stick-to-itiveness through communication and around the clock access we may not have gotten to the finale. When the closing was complete, both Kat and Kenny told us that they would still be there for any questions we may have or to give us any advice. That definitely makes a first time home buyer feel great! Hats off to all that were involved!
Overall, it was a quick, thorough and well organized process and well appreciated as a Veteran. I had been told my rent was increasing from $750 to $1300 and found buying would cost less than $776 monthly, so that first house met my needs and provided an immediate reduction of stress, no longer fearing a landlord might force me to move in the future by raising rent.. Owning a home has been one of my biggest dreams, and now thanks to Amy and Julie and all the VU team I am now a proud home owner. I am so thrilled I can’t really express how much joy all you guys have given me. First of all I wanna thank Amy, for being with me since day one and for helping me through the process. She would always be there if I had a question or a concern about something. She was always happy to help me with anything and I really appreciate that. Her skills and professionalism were outstanding. Also, Julie was such a dream. Her being on top of my case 24/7. Updating me if there were any changes no matter how small they were. Always checking up on me and making sure I was well informed at all times. Her problem solving skills were immaculate. Always quick with the responses too, her knowledge and ability to communicate with me and other was amazing. Also Veronica, she is the best agent by far.
