




Being that this is my first home buying experience, I was assuming that since you cator mostly to veterans I would be taken care of differently. That was not the case, I had to constantly call or email for updates, when ever my loan specialist and I would speak it was like I was expected to know all about the process. i could not believe that he could not give me a ball park figure on closing cost and it came way under the estimated amount. The time frame and the lack of that level of professionalism expected from a company is unacceptable.


John Parker, and Beau Riske once again have done a great job.

I had a good experience wish i could have been in the loop of what was going on a little more though

Seems like I had to provide a lot more information / justification of my income compared to any of my friends / family who have recently bought a house.Kind of ridiculous that I had to apply without my wife on the application because she has always been great with her money and has not needed to take out any loans. Feels like we are being punished for being responsible.
