The whole process was very hassle free. The most I had to do was call and get approved for the loan process and then submit paperwork. The website they use is very easy to handle and does not require much effort to submit forms, it also lists contact info for your loan team and tells you who to contact through the process.

Think about being organized! VU takes care of all the complicated parts of buying a home for you so you can focus on other things. For me and my family we had to focus on PCSing, getting our old house ready for move out, out processing base and packing. VU kept everything else on track for us for the new house while we were busy with other stuff. Excellent service.
