Veterans United made home buying so easy for me. The whole process was outstanding from the application process until I purchased my dream home. They have loan specialist that work very hard to make sure you're satisfied. If you are a veteran the I personally highly, highly recommend Veterans United.

I've used Veterans United 3 times now. Mark D. Has been a great asset for my family during each of the 3 processes. This most recent purchase took us a year to finalize because we were not in a hurry to buy a property. Mark was patient with us and when we settled on a property we breezed through closing in under 30 days. Mark and Adam A. Both made sure we stayed Informed during the process. They have also streamlined many of the processes along the way by going digital. This was by far the fastest closing we've done, even down to the 20 minutes in the settlement office. I would commend these guys for their hard work and I have a feeling I will be back.
I had no idea that a home buying experience could be so easy and problem free. My loan specialist Mr. Brad Quint was a pleasure to work with. Brad was Very friendly, patient and extremely helpful. He took time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions completely without making me feel rushed. Brad's assistant Ms. Lizzie Marshall was equally helpful in every respect. She contacted me daily to keep me up to date on all transactions and the progress of my loan. It was a pleasure working with these two loan specialist. I would highly recommend them and Veterans United Home Loans.

After hearing and reading so many home buying horror stories, I must admit, it required quite the pep talk to make the initial phone call. Lucky for me, my call was transferred to Karol Hart. From our first conversation I knew she was the loan specialist for me. The process was uncomplicated and straightforward. I found Veterans United Home Loans to be very concerned with my needs however I would recommend you use your real estate agent as a thermometer on which loan officer to use. Just saying.

We had an excellent experience with Veterans United. We travelled 7 states looking for the right place. Carl Thomas was there every step of the way to assist any way he could. After a whole year of searching we found the right place for us, Carl and Jason were there to make it happen. The locals caused a few hiccups and Veterans United did everything possible to help sort it out. Being our 3rd mortgage I can say for sure they are the best I've worked with.
