Shannon and her team always kept us informed, every time I had a question Shannon was always their to answer them, a couple time I think she anticipated my questions and called to explain them before I even asked. Customer service is becoming a lost art in a lot of businesses, not here though, I was 100% confident they were working with us and for us. Although we are overall pleased with our first time home buying experience, it was very difficult to understand the process and I believe communication was an issue. We thank Veterans United and our team for making our first home purchase happen, but we were very confused throughout the process with unanswered questions and communication issues.

Mr. Scott Beasley made my home buying process extremely pleasant. Although, I had personal issues acure during my process, Mr. Beasley constantly checked in and made sure things were good to go on my end. Buying a house for the first time makes everyone never just from the thought of it, but the way Veterans United process is handle, I feel any and everyone should be able to purchase a home! I would recommend Veterans United to any home buyer. I will use them again myself!

Home buying seemed like a scary far off thing until i made a call to veterans united. The whole process was very friendly and aimed towards serving me and my family. After a few short chats with a loan officer it felt like they take over from there. Assisted me with a realtor and communicating every step of the process. I was preapproved and looking at homes within a week, probably less. Searching for a home took longer than we expected only due to the market and my budget. But veterans united and my realtor were patient and stayed in communication. When we finally had a purchase agreement, veterans united and my loan officer worked very fast to help me close and again made the process less confusing and managable. I am now in my new home and cannot thank veterans united enough for making this process happen for me and my family.

I can't explain how easy this process was. I had always heard how difficult the approval process was, but our experience was the complete opposite. Another homebuyer friend of ours got a personalized rug for their new home. We did not. When I asked they told me not everyone gets it. I wouldn’t of known I missed out if my friends didn’t close a week earlier.
