The tools you have for the client to upload their files to is very helpful. I only had a few issues with the upload, if you try to upload multiple things at once.
When the team communicates with us via email, it would be neat if a link to text them back was available. It was a little hard to text unless I had the exact number I needed to reach.
Other than that, we are very happy. We will be telling everyone we possibly can!

I accidentally found Veterans United on google while researching VA loans. I filled out the online application and forgot about it.
