Overall, the process was underwhelming—lots of hidden fees. Communication was only good when they needed something signed at the last minute. I felt like I did a lot of the leg work, but if we were supposed to be a team, it shouldn't feel like that, and their fees are a bit higher than the competitors; overall, if I had more time, I would choose someone else. However, the app is super beneficial, which was the best part of the process.

The whole team was spot on, never missed a beat. In truth having been through this before this was the absolutely the best experience I have had. They understood what was needed on all fronts.
