Tommy Purk made my first time home buying experience a dream come true. I have never had the pleasure of working with someone that took the time to help me and my wife as he did. He answered many phone calls outside of normal business hours even the same day his wife gave birth. Tommy guided me through a process I had been intimidated by for years and helped aid me with reminders and updates constantly keeping me in the know. 4 different cash to closes, two missed closing dates, errors on cash to close had to be caught by title company, underwritting department needs a lot of improvement and updating to be more effective.
