The process itself was not very “warm and fuzzy” when it came to helping customers understand their options and exactly how the process work. Now I have just found out that our loan was sold to another mortgage company before we hold even made our first payment 😔

I felt like it took longer to close than it should have. But still a positive experience.
Process was easy and straightforward for the most part. Little surprise with closing costs doubling right before closing with no warning or heads up but we got the forever house of our dreams and are over the moon excited to raise our children in paradise!
