My experience with Veterans United was absolutelygreat. The personal service delivered by Steph Buckridge was always outstanding . She stayed on top of every detail throughout the process , over 6 months of homeshopping , with several tentative purchases, which did not work out due to Inspection results etc.I could not ask for better service , both with the Business of making the loan all the way through closing. Steph was there with assistance and continuous commitment to the process of helping me and providing excellent advice ,as well as making me feellike a friend throughout. Without her help and commitment all the way, I may have just abandoned the process of seeking Approval for a home buy,all together. Loved the “To-Do” checklist. Simplified the document needs. The dead lines on them were manageable and showed progress towards closure. Just recommend putting in bold red all caps for “Wet signature required” where applicable. Some docs had to be redone because I sped thru them without noticing that wet sigs were needed. Bold red caps will catch people’s attention.

Followed through as promised. Original RE agent that was recommended left a lot to be desired. Would not recommend him to anyone. Steve and Shane in the office were great. Just a little hard to get ahold of sometimes due to time difference
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Veterans United. But I would perhaps caution folks to do their research, when it comes to title companies. Communication between my loan officer at Veterans United and the chosen title company was a bit lacking.
I can't believe how easy the process was. Next time I need to refinance or purchase again I'll use Veterans United.

Clay, is a Great guy, very honest and knowledgeable. very professional and gets the job done. His Team mate and processor is very good at her job, always keeps you up to date. This is the second loan I have done with them and if I do any more it will be with them.
