The only redeeming part of the experience was Danielle. At least she was responsive. The entire process was made entirely too stressful by delayed responses and last-minute rush-rush requirements that should have been relayed sooner. Getting a loan through this company risked giving me heart failure.

Veterans United and the title company, Premier Land and Title, did great. Our Real Estate Agent and the seller's mortgage broker had personal issues which spilled out into the professional side. Veterans United and Premier Land and Title dealt with that professionally and helped us through any misgivings we had due to the conflict to help us close on time. Thanks for everything!
