My experience with veterans United was an inter3sting one. It began really well. Everything was easy, I got pre approved any time I had any questions they were there. After we finalized the contract things got bumpy. To be fair alot of that was due to the delay of the appraisal. I do feel that this was not communicated as well as it could be. I had to delay my closing a week and then the paperwork was not sent to the closing agency until day of the closing giving them very little time to prepare. To make matters worse, after all the papers were signed and I was a home owner it didn't seem like the numbers were finalized. This was a little embarrassing and frustrating, but I will not let that overshadow the beginning experience.
Seth was amazing, I firmly believe that I would not be a homeowner right now if it wasn't for Seth. He help me so much.
Only had 1 question about the 500 cash bonus we get for using a veterans united realtor that was provided. Is there something were suppose to fill out to get that or is that something that comes in mail a couple weeks after closing.
