Josh and Tony were fabulous. They returned my calls at all odd hours. They kept me in the loop for all issues. There was never a time that I felt lost in the process.

The only complaint I have is with the appraisal time. I know that your company has no control over that. However if more communication on time is possible, it would be apricated.
They were prompt and kept in touch with us. The website made submitting paperwork worlds easier.
Ryan Kawelaske was terrible. He always called me while I was at work. Also he changed the mortgage rate and said the rates were going up. He always liked to argue with me. I was always wrong and he was always right. Also I paid more in closing costs than what I was told I would pay and what I had agreed to.

Matt is and awesome person. His patience and confidence in me was amazing and made it work harder to get my home. He answered my call or text immediately and with a helpful manner. Without his help I would not have my home. I work for a mortgage company and I know that he worked harder to get my loan approved than most of the loan officers that I work with . I believe that he really cares about the people he works with and that he should be training others to work with the same attitude that he does Matt is the reason I did not use my company to get my loan. It has been a pleasure to have him on my side .
