Everything went by smoothly and we requested for the process to be sped up and it was from the Veterans United side.

Every single person in the office was well informed, patient, respectful and extremely helpful with decisions and the entire process!

VA appraisal was submitted 2 weeks late by the lender.

Outstanding

Unfortunately this experience was not as pleasurable as my first. I have processed two mortgages with VU over the past year in excess of $500k total. My first experience was flawless, this is what allowed me to return. The latest experience was not as pleasurable. I attribute it to mis-communications and general lack of situational awareness and expectation management resulting in frustrations and additional cash to close that was unexpected. Had I not been so close to closing, and dedicated so many hours to meet the VA requirements, I would have stopped the process and restarted with another company. In the end, the mortgage was completed.

Loved working with Veterans United. Really took care of me and all my needs.

The team that i work with was Amazing

Love the incentive offers for refferals

I would recommend Veterans United to others, however, I would also let the recommended know that they would have to stay on the loan teams heals when it comes to the paperwork. The team waits until the last minute to finish a lot of required forms and will put you in a jam, or possibly miss your closing date.

Veterans United sent the VA appraser out about three times to view the property. I'm not sure if it a communication break down or what but the first time the house was only a foundation (He couldn't appraise), the second time it was under 90% complete (couldn't appraise) and the third time was the DAY of CLOSING, which ended up pushing back the money being delivered by a day. Which could have screwed up our logistics with the moving company and the storage unit we had our stuff in. VERY STRESSFULL STUFF when your paying thousands to book some movers that are hard to book anyway. Poor planning and communication on that front.

From the moment I contacted Veterans United, they demonstrated passion, knowledge and diligence to the highest degree! There wasn't a time that I didn't absolutely confident and comfortable working with them

VU was very smooth with everything right up to the end.of the process. Ashton and Chris were great. I was a little disappointed with the final numbers that I was to receive back at closing. It dwindled from a relatively high amount to being cut down by 75 % in the last 5 days. Final sum was not given to me in disclosure form until I enquired after closing. Not a good practice to use in my opinion.

Most caring, welcoming, friendly and helpful company we have ever worked with... always made sure we were taken care of.. Kelly Foote was always there when we needed anything day or night...
