Smooth experience
I would definitely recommend Veterans United. Phil was great and helped me with any questions I had and did a great job of keeping me updated and what needed to be done. The only part I was somewhat disappointed in was when I was passed to Austin. He did everything fine, but Phil sets the standards high and sometimes it just seemed Austin didn’t want to be working. Also, as this is my first home I’m not sure how the whole procedure works, but when I got the appraisal back I saw the date it was order was on the May 22, and we were scheduled to close on June 10. That just seemed really late especially when we were under contract for quite some time. It seemed late to me, but maybe that’s how all loans are. Overall, I would definitely use Veterans United and Phil and his team again.
