this was my first home buying experience and had lots of doubts. At the same time time I had lots of questions and most of the documents required from me did not make "sense" to me but the expertise of Chris took me through the process making it easier and less stressful as the day goes by. Meagan seemed kind of busy at the beginning but I did realize at the very end that she was doing exactly what was expected of her and she did a great job on getting closed with the estimated time frame.

I would suggest if working with a person who is currently renting to advise them that the landlord will go after them if they do not give a full 30 day notice for an additional months rent. I was kept in the dark up till the last minute and was afraid to give my landlord notice with the idea i would end up homeless. Now I have to find a way to pay for August Rent $900.00 which I dont have for a place I dont live in.
