Communication was excellent
The team was amazing. From start to finish everyone was extremely tentative, responsive to correspondence, and over the board professional on every level.
There is NO reason, after finishing this process, NOT to refer someone to Veterans United, if I knew they were interested in buying a house.

Andy and Brandon were outstanding in the entire process. Kept me informed on progress regularly and always let me know what was needed in a timely matter. Made the targeted closing date with no problem, and could have closed early if the seller had agreed. Great experience!!!

From beginning to end, the team at Veterans United made the entire process seamless and efficient.
I own 3 properties now with the one I just purchased through VU and this was by far my worst experience. I went through this process once doing a FHA loan and 3 times doing a VA loan. By far The most intrusive lender so far. While going through underwriting they were asking for documents that’s they should have asked for at the very beginning of the loan application, not at the end. Trying to get in contact with my transaction Cordinator was virtually impossible. I would have to leave voicemails and wait for a message. She wouldn’t even have the decency to call me back. I personally prefer speaking than texting/messaging.
