When it can down the wire, Dan Davis stepped up and showed the kind of personal care than helps alleviate what can be a very stressful time. He spent the time necessary with me personally to review all of the information to make sure it was correct; we caught some vital errors that were absolutely instrumental in getting my loan approved and helped get it through. This skill and willingness to perform is vital to a customer service and basic respect of your clients, and very much appreciated.
