My experience was great overall. My only complaint would be that there was about a two week gap of no communication. In those two weeks, I tried calling the transaction coordinator many times but she never answered her phone. I know I could of got a response through email but I was on the run a lot and tried calling at various when I was off the ship. Overall your team did great and I would recommend to friends and family.
