There was an incident of a mistaken identify, if I may, where there was confusion of a previous client, who's loan was denied, being mistaken for us. The treatment received by us was an offensive situation where we were asked several times to provide our bank information repeatedly with no response. Until we came forward and explained which file we were under, the confusion continued. Don't know what that was about, but it was offensive, being that we were just in the office Friday, and this occurred on a Monday; and we were more than proactive submitting any and all documents we needed, efficiently, upon request. Other than that, our experience was very pleasant! The staff was more than helpful in their response time and explanations of documents and assistance to retrieve documents.
Brian and Jeremy were excellent. I don't think they could have made it a more smoother process.
