Zach and Mason really went to bat for me and helped me where other companies would not. I had a VA appraisal come back well under value and they did everything possible to get it reconciled. It took some time but in the end they got me almost 100k difference in the appraisal and we were able to close on my refi. They took me from a pretty low down on my luck spot to an immediate place of hope after the first phone call and review. These guys work their tails off and would recommend them to anyone! My loan team at Veterans United is outstanding! This was my first VA loan, and the process and documentation requirements are much more strenuous than a conventional loan. My goal was to be in our new home by my wedding anniversary, and the timeframe tight. Mark, Tere'sa and Christy kept me on task and organized through an unfamiliar and meticulous application process and pushed my loan through as fast as I could respond.Not only did they get us into our home by our anniversary, they beat the deadline by two days! From signed contract to closing was 26 days, and that was with Christmas and New Year's in the middle of that period.This really was a team effort and my Veterans United crew not only worked hard for me, they are genuinely nice and caring people. I hope I never move from here, but I would use Veterans United again without hesitation. If you qualify for a VA loan, they will make it happen.

The entire process from start to finish was great. I had all of my questions answered in depth. I was checked on repeatedly to make sure I didn't have more questions, all the details of a move were in place, and even to make sure I had what I needed for my pets. After finding a house I liked the entire team did everything possible to help close quickly and they did. I would definitely recommend this team to any first time and veteran buyers looking for a home using the VA loan.
I have to say, my loan team was outstanding. Got my documents in a timely manner. Disappointed with the home insurance side who refused to insure because they said the roof looked detached via the pictures (if that were true, the inspection would have caught it). Concierge was a total let down. The next loan I will find another real estate agent on my own because unfortunately I got a bad one who lied and stole from a seller. I expected better from a fellow veteran who uses his Navy Blue Angel experience as promotion.
Reason for the 7 for overall...minus 1 for concierge, minus 1 for home insurance refusal, and minus 1 for the referred agent.
