I was a little uneasy at the beginning of the process, because everything is online, however, it ended up being the best decision I’ve made in quite some time. By uploading all documents to their secure website, it made for the easiest process I’ve ever encountered. From start to finish, my time was a little under 4 weeks. Outstanding.
If I knew it was that easy I would have done this years ago.

I know every home loan is different but I think there could be improvements in the list of documents needed by the loan team. Provide a list early in the process to prevent last minute urgent emergency information needed.Just an area that could be helpful. Thanks
