Everyone I worked with was courteous and willing to answer any questions. I really liked the my vu login page that kept you on track of what documents was needed at that given time. The to do list kept me organized with step by step tasks to help get me to closing with directions to go with the documents at the top of the page.
It wasn’t a good experience. There were at least three different closing date changes that were always last minute. I had plan tickets that had to be canceled. Called off work for no reason. Just very upset. But it got done. Maybe a month later than it was saposta be but it’s done. Thanks.

Sometimes when signing up for something, it doesn't always feel like a representative is on the consumers side. The WHOLE TIME I was communicating with Aaron,... it was ODVIOUS he was there to help ME ! All questions, all concerns were answered in terms I could understand. Extremely helpful on every level. A pleasure to work with on such a big deal.
