Redundency of requested paperwork was annoying. Clients should be made aware that the some paperwork will need to be resubmitted since it will expire. A little more transparency with this would be good. At least then, people can't say you didn't tell them about it.
I feel that any question, concern, need, or any little thing I didn't understand was addressed rapidly.
