No fault of the company it was just the fact of me not having internet and I had to go to a library to do anything. I believe that everyone did their very best and I Thank everyone for that.

Outstanding experience, with the exception of last minute issues that arose with underwriting. Had to take care of last minute issues with underwriting with only two days left before closing. Fortunately, Jenna and Joe worked with me and helped ensure that the closing happened as scheduled.
It was a smooth process. Much faster and easier than previous mortgages with we have had with other companies.
