The ease of submitting documents was absolutely amazing!! I would recommend VU for this feature. Overall it was a simple process. Communication was our pitfall as we were not able to make our original closing date and we were led to believe all was on schedule. I say prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Instead we were prepared for the best and left disappointed in the end. I would have like the communication to come to me vs. me having to inquire.
The experience was stress free and the agents kept us informed through out this process answering questions and concerns....
